Happy Up™ is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund.

Returning or exchanging your item is easy. For exchanges please contact us prior to shipping back the order. When we receive your item we will ship out a replacement asap. Exchanges may be made with 15 days. Additional shipping charges will be accessed when shipping replacement order.
For refunds simply indicate the reason for your return, include the original receipt and send the item back to us in original condition within 15 days. Once we receive the package we will credit your credit card account accordingly (less shipping). Please allow up to two weeks for the transaction to take place and to show on your credit card statement. The item must be in resellable condition including tags. Items deemed worn, etc. cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
